Adding a contact by email address

Define a set or list of contacts by email designation for those that will be given access privileges to folders and sub-folders. These are typically external to the account company and are clients, trades, business partners, etc. For adding a contact by email, follow these instructions:

1. Click Contacts tab > Import contacts link from the menu on the right

2. A window will appear > Enter email addresses of people you want to make contacts
3. Click Import

4. A confirmation window will appear once the import is done > Click Close
