The account-level options in the Setup tab is only available to the account administrator who controls the entire account. The settings can be toggled to be enforced on the entire account, group, or individual level by enabling the override option in each setting. The advanced settings shown below are available to Enterprise T2 accounts.

Enforce compliance for all users (ET2 feature) | Enforces users to be setup with options following CJIS compliancy. Standard and advanced levels. |
Enforce password policy for all users (ET2 feature) | Enforces users to require specific characters in their passwords. Can also be enforced at group or individual levels. |
Force only secure protocols for all users (ftps/https/sftp) | Prevents users from using plain FTP and only use secure protocols. Can also be enforced at group or individual levels. |
Apply IP whitelist for all users (ET2 feature) | Allows only specific IP addresses to connect to the account. Can also be enforced at group or individual levels. |
Web (https) logins for all users (ET2 feature) | Enforces users to authenticate to the web interface using the chosen method. i.e. None, Hosted~FTP~, SSO, or AD |
Non-web (ftp/ftps/sftp) logins for all users (ET2 feature) | Allows users to authenticate via FTP/SFTP/FTPS or can be disabled |
