The account administrator has three options for changing credit card information on the account. Please see below for more detailed information:
Retrieve the secure form at this link and fill out the details. Processing will take approximately 1 – 2 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once processed by the billing department (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Please call 1-855-888-4FTP (4387) to update your credit card information over the phone or send an email to email@example.com and request them to contact you for updating the credit card information
When changing the credit card information directly in your account (per steps below), you will reset your billing cycle on that date. It is recommended to update your credit card directly at the end of your current billing cycle to reduce any potential unused parts of the billing cycle.
If you have a semi-annual or annual payment plan the credit card update may be made mid-cycle. Please contact the billing department if you have any questions. (See billing contact information above in section 2).
|1. Login to your site and go to the Account page|
|2. Make sure the correct account type is selected and then click the “Change” button|
|3. Choose a payment plan i.e monthly, semi-annual or annual|
|4. If you have a promo code from a Quickstart Webinar, enter it in the “Promo code” field, and click recalculate which will show the amount of free storage|
|5. The step below is where you will enter the updated credit card information by making a new purchase and re-initializing the billing cycle.|
|6. Click “Purchase” You will be forwarded to stripe, a secure third party payment processing service. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.|
