Drag and Drop Troubleshooting for Mac
- Drag and drop support for Mac is available only on the Safari web browser
- In Safari there is a limitation in Java for Mac. Neither Oracle nor Apple have provided a fix which limits our drag and drop for files. The way to make it work is to copy the files/folders to the clipboard and then click the Paste button on the Hosted~FTP~ drag and drop window. This will accomplish the same. An alternative is to use FileZilla FTP client to upload the folder/files.
Alternatively, you can use a FTP client to upload, download and manage multiple folders/files simultaneously.
