Home Tab

The home tab is the landing page after logging into your account. You can send and receive files and create a public link (up to 2GB by a web browser). All your sent and received files will show in the home tab. Furthermore, you can manage all your sent and received files by clicking on the event.

Home Tab Description

Feature Description
Search Search the name of a sent or received file to locate a
specific mail event
Mail Event A mail event is a sent or received file shown in your home tab.
Mailbox The mailbox reveals all current events (received
and sent files). Here you can view the name, subject, size, and date of the mail event. Click an event to open options.
Send Transfer files by secure email link and send up to 2GB of files from your desktop, mobile device or remote site. New recipients will automatically be added as a new contact. No login required to download files.

Manage Your Events

Select an event in your home tab and a pop-up will show you options. It shows the recipients, subject, number of files, size, and date. Also: download, forward, reply, delete, or view more options in the menu.

Event Option Descriptions

Feature Description
Download Download the files in the selected event to your mobile
device or desktop.
Forward Forward the mail event to other recipients, contacts or
users. Add a subject line or text to forwarded mail event. Forwarded
mail events count as a new event.
Reply All Add more files, other recipients, a subject line, text,
enable a public link and add an expiry date on the reply. Counts as a new event.
Options Create/enable public link or override automatic mailbox
cleanup (If set up by admin).
Delete Delete the mail event from your mailbox. Deleted or expired mail events will no longer be available to recipients and they will receive an error if a previous email or public link is used to access the files.

 

Send Function

Send up to 2GB of files to contacts, users or other recipients by email. Send files from both your remote site and/or local device. Sent files will appear in your Mail Box. Deleted or expired mail events will no longer be available to recipients and they will receive an error if a previous email or public link is used to access the files. More about Sending Files.

Feature Description
To Select an email from your current list of contacts.

specified email addresses.
Files Select files or entire folders from your remote site to
send to recipients.

Choose File Select files from your local device/site to send to
recipients.

Text Field Add text inside the activation email sent to the
specified email addresses.
Create a Public Link Create a public link to your current list of files.
Allows users to download the files by URL.
Delete after Set an expiration date on the transfer. Once deleted or
expired, recipients will not be able to download the files and will
receive an error if a previous email or public link is used to access
the files.

 

Receive Function

Request up to 2GB of files from contacts, users or other recipients by email. Add a subject line, text or a storage quota to limit the size of the transfer. Received files will appear in your mailbox enabling you to download the files to your mobile device or desktop. More about Receiving files.
