Welcome to our HostedFTP introduction. Every Hosted FTP account has an account administrator. You can change the account administrator at any time if needed.
Account management tasks can be divided into two categories: billing and account functionality.
Billing management is concerned with tasks including upgrading from trial accounts, switching account types and payment plans, changing credit card information, cancelling accounts, etc. These tasks are completed on the Account page which is available only to the account manager.
Account functionality is concerned with tasks including branding, changing the account administrator, etc. These tasks are completed on the Setup > Home and Setup > Branding pages which are also available only to the account administrator.
