Use the setup tab to configure your own user account.
Reveals all user settings and information. Allows any user with access to the setup tab to change their user settings i.e change password, change username, change email. Managed users and contacts do not have the ability to access the setup tab.

Force FTPS/SFTP | Force user to connecting using secure FTPS or SFTP protocols when using FTP client.![]() |
Delete mail after | Delete mail events (located in the Home tab) after a certain amount of days.![]() |
Show mail in FTP folder | Show all mail events in the specified folder. By default the folder will be called mail.![]() |
Default FTP folder | Force the user into a specific folder upon login using a web browser by specifying the default FTP folder ex: hostedftp.![]() |
Save import results in FTP folder | Enable and specify import results into specified folder.![]() |
Create logs in FTP folder | Creates logs of all account logins and/or file transfers into a specified FTP folder using CSV and/or Excel documentation. By default the folder will be called logs.![]() NOTE: Logs are generated at the end of each day. |

Ask a security question during a password reset | Specify a security question and answer upon password reset to add additional security measures.![]() |
