The account administrator can easily upgrade from their current Group or Enterprise bundle to the next tier plan at any time. (Note: When you switch to a different account type you are required to make a new payment.) For this reason we recommend that you make the change shortly before your next expected monthly or annual payment.
*Please note if you are looking to downgrade service please contact email@example.com first, we will work with you to ensure your account is within bundle limits to avoid potential service issues.
1. Login to your site and go to the Account page
2. Make sure the correct account type is selected and then click the “Change” button
3. Choose a payment plan:
4. If you have a promo code please enter and click recalculate which will show the amount of free storage:
5.Click “Purchase”. You will be forwarded to Stripe, a secure third party payment processing service. (See our PCI compliance here) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process:
You have now successfully changed your account bundle type.
