Troubleshooting “Can’t verify publisher”

During drag and drop installation,  you might see a message saying “Windows has blocked this software because it can’t verify publisher”.
This message is caused by the security settings in your web browser. If you encounter this message you’ll need to inform your IT team that you’re unable to install the Hosted~FTP~ Java Applet which is verified and secured by the Code Signing Certificate displayed below.

Alternatively, you can also use a FTP client to upload, download and manage multiple folders simultaneously.
