Purchasing or upgrading your trial account gives full access to all your bundle features, functions, and limits. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to fully activate your account. Alternatively, you can contact our billing department at billing@hostedftp.com to request for an annual invoice.
1. Login to your site as the administrator and go to the Account Tab.
Select either a Group or Enterprise account bundle and click the “Upgrade button”.
2. For the Enterprise bundle, select T2, T5 or T10 on the drop-down list.
Choose a payment plan.*Note: You can save 25% off with an annual plan!
3. Enter the promo code from your Quickstart webinar and click recalculate to show the amount of free storage.
4. Click the “Purchase” button and enter the email address for the billing contact (for multiple separate by commas) Continue to Stripe, our secure third party payment processing service.
