The account administrator can review how much storage the account is using at any time on the Account page. This represents the total storage for all the users in the account.
For a detailed breakdown of storage, go to the Users page to review the storage by individual user.
A user’s storage consists of:
1. Mail sent by a user to their contacts
2. Mail sent by a user’s contacts back to the user
3. Files uploaded to a user’s folders
4. Files uploaded by a user’s contacts to shared folders
Storage quota restrictions can be assigned individually per specific user if needed.
