Login to your Hosted~FTP~ account workspace with your user ID and password. There are 3 different account levels, each with varying privileges. Understanding user roles and privileges will assist you in managing your account and regulating access, authority and permissions.

|Enterprise||Unlimited admin and user accounts|
|Group||One admin account and unlimited user accounts|
|Personal||One user account|

|Admin||Can add and delete users/contacts, change account passwords and branding, create and set shared folder privileges and storage quotas|
|User||Has their own workspace and can define files/folders and shares; typically a user is internal to the company.|
|Username||Standard username/pwd type of account that does not require an email to activate|
|Managed User/Username||Has their own workspace and mail folder and can define folders, upload/download files and define contacts but cannot change their login credentials. Can have Full or Read-only access privileges|
|Contact||Has fewer privileges and is typically an external client, tradesperson, professional, public community that has share access privileges to files/folders
When you login, you will be taken to your homepage where you can view recent mail activity, share files and folders and customize your account. The type of account you have determines the tabs (Home, Files, Contacts, etc.) that you see when you login.
