Download files by using the web portal or through any FTP client software.
To Download Files: #
| 1. Go to the Files page |  |
| 2. Click on the file or folder you want to download |  |
| 3. Click the “Download” button |  |
| 4. Wait for your files to be prepared for download. When the files are ready your web browser will prompt you to open the files or choose where to save them on your machine. When you download an entire folder the files are packaged into a single .zip file archive |
