One of the primary ways you can log into your Hosted~FTP~ account is through the web browser. The web browser can be used to login and transfer files and is also the main interface to manage settings, customize appearance and account management. Follow the steps below to login via the browser interface. Check out our Getting Started page yet?
*Please note that session’s in the web browser timeout after 120 minutes
Logging in with a Web Browser #
Use your provided subdomain and credentials to log in:
Browser URL: http://yourdomain.hostedftp.
Username/Email address: Your supplied usernameor your linked email address (example@yourdomain.com)
Password: Your password
This is an example of logging in by custom username and subdomain:
| 1. Go to http://ftp.hostedftp.com or use your customized subdomain |

| 2. Enter your email address and password. Check the box Remember my email address if you don’t want to type your email address on your next visit |
