Purchasing or upgrading your trial account gives full access to all your bundle features, functions, and limits. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to fully activate your account. Alternatively, you can contact our billing department at billing@hostedftp.com to request for an annual invoice.
1. Login to your site as the administrator and go to the Account Tab.
Click the Upgrade button.
2. Select your Service bundle, and choose a payment plan.*Note: You can save 20% off with an annual plan!
3. Click the Purchase button and enter the email address for the billing contact (for multiple separate by commas) Continue to Stripe, our secure third party payment processing service.
