MFA Reset on a Standard User

A standard user (users who are non-managed) are able to access their Setup tab and can change their MFA. Otherwise this must be done by an administrator.

  1. Go to your Setup tab
  2. Locate and click on the Change 2-step verification button
  3. In the pop-up window you can scan the QR code in your Google Authenticator or click on Can’t see the barcode? to manually input the MFA code in the application
  4. Verify the code works by inputting the 6 digit code in the empty field and click on Verify
  5. Once verified, the MFA will be working again
