Trusting the Hosted~FTP~ SSL Certificate

To connect to Hosted~FTP~, some FTP clients, programs, and automations will request that the server’s certificate must be validated for the initial login interaction. Please see below to accept the same Hosted~FTP~ certificate details as granted by DigiCert authority for the TLS1.2 protocol with RSA public key algorithm with 2048 bits.

*Please note the SSL certificate will renew every year and may prompt users to trust the certificate again. Please trust the certificate if prompted (see below for example).

Example prompt of trusting SSL certificate

Note: Accepting the certificate and enabling the two options Always trust this certificate in future sessions, and Trust this certificate on the listed alternative hostnames, will only require the user to trust the certificate on their first connection and will not need to do so again.
